Hi, my name is Philipp Rosenthal. I help people and organisations to plan and execute complex change initiatives.
For the past 20 years, I've been inside the machine and alongside it—working within enterprise companies and partnering with them as they navigate change. My foundation in marketing and communication has given me the tools to translate complex transformations into clear, actionable steps. Whether I'm wearing the hat of a leader managing change from within or serving as an external guide, I've seen what works, what doesn't, and how to bridge the gap between vision and reality.

I firmly believe that effective change begins with adaptable frameworks, thoughtfully tailored to the unique human and organisational context at hand. The more precisely we can observe and describe our environment, the more easily we identify which factors are essential for success.
Drawing on the work of Ryan Raffaelli, Marvin Bower Associate Professor at Harvard Business School, we will use his practical approach to recognise four core types of organisational change as our starting point.
Alongside insights from leading change models—such as Kotter’s 8 Steps, ADKAR, McKinsey 7S, Lewin’s model, and Nudge Theory—we will identify the key building blocks for your change journey.
Our approach will be anchored in a strong foundation of Psychological Safety, Alignment, Motivation, and Positive Group Dynamics, ensuring a well-supported and sustainable path forward.

Align.
Alignment is the foundation for joint success. Vision, objectives, ways of working and priorities can only be effective if everyone is on board with the same understanding. Reference models and a shared language will be paramount to improve communication and collaboration - within and beyond the team.
Discover.
Along a structured and targeted journey, participants collect facts and unknowns to create a solid knowledge foundation. Discovery workshops equip teams with the necessary full picture to make well-informed decisions along the way.
Design.
Design thinking in and outside of workshops allow everyone to participate and contribute. Distinct and clearly scoped methods provide guidance and clarity for what’s expected. The design phase will deliver the substance for what will be planned and implemented later.
Plan.
This is where all the results from the alignment, discovery and design phases are combined to allow for realistic planning. On a strong foundation, the team will be able to determine priorities, dependencies & consequences.
